You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Includes a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Returned items must still comply with our return conditions: unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@grrandchecks.com.

Processing Returns

After your return is received at our warehouse (or that of our logistics partner) and verified to meet return requirements, we will process your refund or send a replacement item.
Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Fees

If a return is initiated for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees will vary depending on the courier selected.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Grrandchecks will cover the return shipping costs, and no shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
